At Ausbury, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all Ausbury tags attached and include the printed return authorization form.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
